HSCP Training of Trainers (TOT): January 31-Feb. 4, 2011 (note date change) (24 hours of CEs) This intensive training experience intends to give you all you need to begin training others in CDOI and/or implementing CDOI in your agencies. And it provides the first step in becoming an HSCP Certified Trainer of CDOI. It starts with the common factors, and understanding the research that supports these pantheoretical elements that account for therapeutic transformation across models and schools of thought. Then there is the outcome informed part, truly a revolutionary development in the field of psychotherapy, for consumers and therapists. A complete coverage of the research supporting client based feedback is essential to conducting training and implementing the ORS and SRS, as well as understanding data collection and management via the ASIST program and MyOutcomes. Armed with this information, annotated PowerPoint presentations will enable you make maximum impact at your agency and beyond. Through a combination of didactic presentations, training exercises/practice, and direct feedback, participants will learn the essentials of training and implementing CDOI ideas and practices.
